The Customer requires the Bidder to provide a full turnkey solution covering the following three elements, detailed further below, for implementation of the solar PV and battery system: 1. Design 2. Supply & installation 3. Operation and maintenance (O&M) for the first 5 years of the system’s life The Customer will also consider entering into a yearly rolling maintenance contract. Bidders are encouraged to provide a response with costs for the following items that will be valid for a period of 5 years: 1. Yearly basic operation and maintenance (O&M) 2.
