Description:

Taff are seeking a lone working solution that meets the legal and governance requirements for colleagues who work alone, which aligns with our goals of safety, enhancing efficiency, improving customer experience, and driving down costs. Taff is currently using a solution, but Taff’s procurement policy requires Taff to go to tender to ensure service and value for money. The current solution contract is due for renewal 12th February 2026. The current solutions support 120 users (approx) based on a phone app and some bluetooth panic buttons. Taff are seeking a 36 month contract.
