To do so, please follow the link below using internet explorer as your browser: https://esourcing.justice.gov.uk/en/detail_supplier_create.jsp?guest=true&orgType=displaySuppliers&editableOrgType=NO&jspAction=44 Please complete the requested details noting that those fields marked with a red asterix are mandatory. For clarity, the "notice reference field" is where you should populate the sourcing reference number - 3843-2-Reducing Re-offending SE-RFP. Please also refer to the attached Supplier Guide for further information. You will receive your system generated password via e-mail once your account has been approved. Having successfully logged-on and changed your password, you should contact the Buyer to confirm that you are now set up on the system so that they can add you to the sourcing event. Once your company has been approved on the system, you will be able to add more users to your organisation. If more users need to be added, go to the "Utilities" menu, select "Manage Organisation" then click once on "Create User". There is a Supplier’s user guide attached which will help you to use the eSourcing Portal.
