Title
Tender for External Presenters for ION Leadership Project
|

Description of the goods or services required
Swansea University is looking to procure Presenters to design and deliver master classes for the ION leadership programme from January 2016 to May 2018. The programmes are being delivered by Swansea University and Bangor University.
ION leadership is a Welsh European Funding Office (WEFO) funded leadership and development project which includes the programmes: Developing Leadership and Advanced Leadership. The principles of the programme are embedded in an experiential, reflective approach to learning.
Each programme comprises a cohort of up to twenty seven delegates. Throughout the programme, each participant is supported by a mix of expertise from academics, experienced mentors and experienced coaches. In addition, participants are supported, on an on-going basis, by other members of their cohort and encouraged to share knowledge and experience, whilst applying what they learn to their own business situation.
The ION leadership programme will include two strands, each designed to address leadership development at one of three key levels:
Developing Leadership - Develop greater confidence to lead
Advanced Leadership - Evolve from good to great
