Pembrokeshire College is requesting quotations for the supply of NXP 4k Mifare cards.

We require:

1) NXP 4k Mifare cards. 4,000 white student ID cards with blank faces with the reverse pre-printed with a one colour design. The card size needed is CR80 (86.5mm wide x 53.98mm high).

Please include the cost of setting up the artwork for the pre-printed back of the ID card.

Please indicate the delivery times from the date of approval of artwork.

Please include the cost of shipping in the quotation.

Please submit prices EXCLUSIVE of VAT.

The award will be made on price only.

If you are successful in your quotation, the prices you have offered will be entered into the Contract Documents.

The College’s standard Terms and Conditions of Agreement, attached, will be applied to any contract awarded as a result of this exercise.

3 Conditions for Participation

Minimum standards and qualification required

ID cards supplied must be genuine NXP 4k Mifare cards.

The contract will be awarded week commencing 13 June 2016.

Contracts will not be awarded to suppliers who cannot deliver before 15 August 2016.
