The Safety Auditing of Gas Related Work carried out in Domestic & Commercial Properties

Description of the goods or services required

This specification pertains to the appointment of a Gas Safety Auditor, to monitor and audit all gas related work, gas safety inspections and boiler servicing, carried out in the Group’s commercial and domestic properties.

The Gas Safety Auditor shall carry out all aspects of monitoring and auditing, in order to help ensure all the Group’s properties are as safe as possible, in relation to gas services, and all gas work carried out is of an acceptable quality. The requirements for this are predominantly about the Newport County Borough area.
