Supply & Delivery of Mattresses & Bedframes

Description of the goods or services required

The requirement is predominantly for the supply and delivery of single Nautilus mattresses. There may also be a requirement from time to time for the supply and delivery of double mattresses and both single and double metal bed frames, however, process for these items will be made available on request.

The requirement for the most part will be for the Student Homes section of the Group who will require delivery to the following locations. The successful supplier must satisfy themselves that they are able to deliver to all these locations all year round. These delivery locations may be subject to change depending on the expansion and requirements of the Universities but which the Group must meet as part of it’s service agreement with each University.

• Swansea Campus, Swansea University

• Aberystwyth Pentre Jane Morgan and Seafront Campuses, Aberystwyth University

• Bangor Ffriddoedd Campus, Bangor University

This agreement shall also be available to be used by any other area of the Group, delivery and requirements for such orders will be as per instruction and order. The Group operates in addition to the above locations in the South and Mid wales regions along with the South West of England region up to Swindon.

The contract duration will be for a period of 1 year with an option to extend for up to a further 12 months expected to commence from 08 June 2018.

Please note the date for bidders to access the e-tender system and access tender documentation on the e-tender system (www.etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk) expires 12 noon on 30 April 2018. Bidders will not be able to access documentation after this time.

The date for clarifications ends 12 noon on the 01 May 2018. Any clarification queries will not be responded to after this time.

The closing date for tenders is 12 noon on the 03 May 2018 via the e-tender system. Late tenders will not be accepted.
