Abstract
Maintenance of Theatre Power Tools & Surgical Video Processors (Inclusive of Camera Heads, Couplers, System 6 Sagittal Saws, Cordless Drivers, System 5 Single & Dual Handpieces, Formula 180 Shaver Handpieces, Prime Big Wheel Basic Configurations).
Contractors must be able to provide the following:
1 PPM Visit per annum
Unlimited call-out requests including labour & parts
Unlimited Collection and delivery of equipment for servicing and repair
Guaranteed use of Loaner equipment
Unlimited Software upgrades
Annual Calibration and Safety testing
First Line Training (upon request)
