Ty Isaf, Llanharry is a 3 story block owned and maintained by Trivallis the building contains 6 maisonettes on floor one and two and commercial shops on the ground floor, consisting of a news agent, café, pharmacy and fish and chip shop. There is car parking area at the front and rear of the building this is owned by RCTCBC, and there are two blocks of flats Elm Road located at the rear of the building.

The requirement for this package of work consists of the renewal of the main Flat roof covering and the upgrade of 6 Balconies to include painting, making good to disturbed surfaces and structures together with all associated work @Ty Isaf, Llanharry.

The renewal of the main Flat roof covering will be required to the whole building.

The upgrade of the balconies will be to maisonettes 1- 6 and painting associated works on railings and stairways.
