Supply, Delivery and Installation of Student Accommodation Furniture

Description of the goods or services required

The Group has a number of units of student and medical accommodation across Wales. Tenders are invited to supply, deliver and install student accommodation furniture (dining tables, dining chairs, coffee tables, sofas, armchairs) at the following:

Lot 1 – Bangor University – buildings on the Ffriddoedd Campus.

Lot 2 – Swansea University – buildings on the Singleton Campus.

Lot 3 – Aberystwyth University – buildings on the Seafront in the town.

Lot 4 – 118 Newport Road, Cardiff.

Lot 5 – Ansari Court – buildings of Medical accommodation attached to Llantristant hospital.

We require the communal kitchen areas to be converted into comfortable communal dining areas where the residents can comfortably socilaise whilst dining.

We will be incorporating relaxed seating into communal kitchens where we are able to so residents can socialise when not dining.

This work was undertaken and completed in some areas of the Universities last financial year. For continuation and uniformity purposes we would like to extend and incorporate the same style of furniture in all our schemes.

Furniture to be fully delivered and installed by 03 Sept 2018.

The date for clarifications ends 12 noon on the 09 May 2018. Any clarification queries will not be responded to after this time.
