Beaumaris Castle Ticket Office Alterations

Cadw have a requirement for a qualified and experienced contractor to carry out Alterations at the Ticket Office to Beaumaris Castle. The works comprise the reordering of the existing ticket office and shop to improve visitor flow. The works include an extension to the existing retail space and the incorporation of new toilets and plant room within the building envelope, the provision of new internal finishes and an extension of the existing mechanical and electrical installations.

Beaumaris Visitor Centre is set on the boundary of Beaumaris Castle, within a mixed use area and is surrounded by buildings with commercial, retail and residential uses.

Please note that all interested contractors are encouraged to make a visit to the site during the tendering period to familiarise themselves with the location and any particulars of the site.
