Abstract

The Library are seeking to appoint an architect to lead a design team for the services through from RIBA Stage 1 to Stage 6, with appointment of Stage 5+6 dependent on gaining planning and listed building consent and final funding. It is envisaged that the team should include the following consultants: • Architect & Design Team Lead – to include Conservation Architect • Contract Administration • Quantity Surveyor • Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineer • Structural Engineer • Principal Designer
