Abstract
The Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Emplyer’s Agent/QS and Principle Designer under the CDM Regulations for the demolition of existing building and construction of 6 newbuild social housing flats on the site known as the old Sports & Social Club, Beaumaris, Ynys Môn, as per the guidance given in the tender documentation.

Questions and requests for clarification must be done via the sell2wales Q&A function.
Tenders must be submitted via the sell2wales Postbox facility by 12:00pm on the 07/04/2021.
Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems.
