The Group intends to establish a Contract with a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the Provision of a Replacement Heating and Hot Water System Upgrade Works at Cefn Bryn Halls based on the Most Economically Advantageous Tender.

The location of the property is:

• Cefn Bryn, Swansea University, Sketty, Swansea, SA2 8PT

The property is part of the Group’s University accommodation and will not be occupied during the Contract period. Access to the property will be arranged through the Asset Manager Student Property and University Residence services team over the course of the Contract, details will be provided during mobilisation of the Contract.
