Abstract

Isle of Anglesey County Council wish to employ a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the renovation of two terraced properties known as 15 & 16 Coedwig Terrace, Penmon, Anglesey. The work entails the demolition of existing two storey extension and re-building as well as internal refurbishment works.
