Abstract
The City of Cardiff Council wish to procure a sole provider for an Online Law Reference Library (“the Law Library") used for research and reference by the Legal department as per the Services outlined in the tender documents.
The resource will be made available to 52 fee earners for a rolling annual contract. It is envisaged that that the provider will be able to supply a comprehensive online legal library resource. The Authority will not seek offers from providers who can only provide part of the services outlined in the tender specification.
