Abstract

Hafod are seeking to appoint a suitably skilled and experienced Contractor to carry out EWI and Roofing works at a site located in Thornhill, Cwmbran (NP44). The works will include roof renewals and installation of EWI, as well as rectifying existing EWI installations to provide additional coverage.

2.4 Total quantity or scope of tender

The site contains 132 properties, of which are a combination of Hafod owned, freeholders and leaseholders.

The project is estimated to run for 18 months - 2 years, depending on the number of freeholders wanting to employ the works on their properties. We will be consulting with freeholders over the next few months in order to finalise property numbers and contract duration.

The estimated overall value of the contract is £2.3 Million.
