Abstract

We are looking for a Supplier to benchmark Social Care Wales with workforce regulators in the UK that utilise lay panels for statutory fitness to practice proceedings. This will need to include similar health and social care regulators. The purpose of this exercise is to focus on benchmarking panel members with other regulators, specifically on: - application, appointment, induction and appraisal processes - learning and development - terms and conditions From this exercise we would like the Supplier to provide a report by 19 August 2022 with the findings, highlighting any best practice and/or recommendations to promote consistency where possible. *Please download the specification for further information*

Benchmarking of Panel Member Terms and Conditions

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

The purpose of this exercise is to focus on benchmarking panel members with other regulators, specifically on:

- application, appointment, induction and appraisal processes

- learning and development

- terms and conditions

From this exercise we would like the Supplier to provide a report by 19 August 2022 with the findings, highlighting any best practice and/or recommendations to promote consistency where possible.
