Description of the goods or services required

Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC) invites you to submit a Tender for the provision of YGG Calon y Cymoedd (Sports Pitch Flood Lighting) required by Bridgend County Borough Council (Bridgend CBC).

a. The Works involve the provision of flood lighting to an existing sports pitch and is summarised below. See Appendix 1 - YGG C Y C - Electrical Specification Rev B and supporting documents.

b. The supply, delivery, and installation of 4 number. lighting columns and brackets around the MUGA areas.

c. The supply, delivery, and installation of 8 number. flood lighting luminaires mounted on (1.4.1).

d. The supply, delivery and installation of underground ducts and inspection chambers.

e. The supply, delivery and installation of power and control wiring for external flood lighting.

f. The supply, delivery, and installation of 1 number feeder pillars for external flood lighting.

Minimum standards and qualification required

The Tenderer would need to complete the Qualification Questionnaire (Compliance and Due Diligence.), complete and upload all the required documents (Appendix 1 - Specification of Requirements - Pencoed (includes Pricing Schedule) and Appendix 2 - Quality Evaluation document containing the scored Method Statement Questions. and be:

* Registered and Verified on Constructionline.

* Have the relative demonstrable experience.
