Welfare site unit

Good afternoon,
We are currently tendering for the above scheme. We are looking at proposing to put a welfare site unit in Maes Y Pandy as this is the centre of the work. Can you please indicate on the attached plan where we can set up the welfare unit and please confirm if this is ADRAs property?
ANSWER -
Adra own the land around the blocks at Maes y Pandy and this can be used for a welfare unit. The land must be reinstated following removal of the welfare unit. The Grasscrete in front of the bungalows cannot be used as they are used by the tenants for parking.
