Engagement process description

The All Wales Procurement team is conducting a preliminary market engagement session and would like to invite all interested suppliers to attend. This session will provide an opportunity to gain a clearer understanding of the upcoming tender process, the range of products included, and the evaluation and award criteria. It will also allow suppliers to ask any questions they may have prior to the tender’s publication.

The engagement session will take place on 29 April 2026 at 9:30am.
