Works will primarily be for extensions and structural works including all associated works. The value of which will exceed 18,000 GBP.
This lot will also be utilised to tender for works in any other Lot from 1 to 3 should there be issues with contractor availability and will be used at the Council’s discretion.
Should work previously offered in Lots 1 to 3 be offered in Lot 4, contractors who have already had the opportunity to undertake the Work within their respective Lot will be excluded in this process.
All work offered within this Lot will be via mini competition using Proactis Quick Quotes.
