Abstract

Tai Calon is looking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor to remove failed cavity wall insulation from 105 properties within the Blaenau Gwent area. These works are intended to remove the current issues such as damp like symptoms. The requirement is to complete the works within a time period between July and October 2016. It is Tai Calon’s intention to award the contract by the 4th of July 2016. Due consideration should be given to these timescales prior to submitting a bid. The successful Contractor will be required to attend a pre-contract meeting before starting work.
