1. Please note that the "Estimated Value" field is an indication of the overall value of this Contract Notice which is inclusive of all Eleven (11) Service Numbers / Routes and is based on the Authority's historic expenditure. Tenderers should note that the "Estimated Value" is not a guarantee of any future expenditure to be made by the Authority.

2. The Tenderer is advised that pressures exerted by Welsh Government upon the Authority’s future operating budgets may result in the need for the Authority to cancel some contracted Bus Routes. It is therefore essential that operators do not rely solely on the potential business generated by this series of contracts to invest in new vehicles and if they do it shall be done entirely at their own risk.

3.
