MHA Limited, through a competitive tender wishes to appoint an experienced, competent and qualified principal contractor to carry out the following works to 6 no. blocks of flats (5 x 12 no. flats, 1 x 10 no. flats = 70 no. in total).

Scaffolding, roofing including chimneys and loft insulation, fascia, soffits and rainwater goods, External Wall Insulation works, Brick Slips, removal of existing cavity insulation, minor concrete repairs and remedial wall tie works, balcony railings and waterproofing, new entrance canopy works and resident liaison.

Location Caldicot Monmouthshire - works to be completed by End March 2017.
