Cefn Golau - Environmental Improvement Works

Tai Calon Community Housing is undertaking a programme of environmental improvements to the gardens and external areas of one of our estates, Cefn Golau, Tredegar. The anticipated value of this contract is expected to be circa £300,000, although this could increase by up to and capped at 50%. The work is to be divided into individual properties and blocks, and split between a maximum of two contractors. Works are expected to start in September 2017 and completed by 28th February 2018. Bidders should note the timescales in the tender document, and give due consideration to these before submitting a bid.
