Description of the goods or services required

The works will be carried out at properties owned by MHA Limited, situated in the geographical area of MHA Limited (Chepstow, Caldicot, Usk, and Monmouthshire & Abergavenny).

The works will compromise of external works such as supply, removal, renewal or replacement of hard standing, paths, fencing, boundary walls, ramps and steps. The design and specification of each will be agreed prior to commencement of works by the CA or their representative. For Further reference please see tender documents.
