The purpose of this specification is to create a Framework of grant funding consultants who can be called upon to provide services which will assist Life Sciences Hub Wales Ltd (the “client”) to develop, write and submit grant applications and project bids in response to regional, national and EU grant funding calls/competitions in the areas of Health and Life Sciences innovation.
