Service Contract for DNA Analyzer's

Description of the goods or services required
You have been invited to tender to provide a Service contract for the following instruments;
• DNA Analyzer ABI Prism 3730; serial number: 16108-014
• DNA Analyzer ABI Prism 3730XL; serial number: 22155-005
The All Wales Medical Genomics Service are seeking responses to deliver maintenance and services as per the below requirements;
1. Contract to include all parts, labour and travel for unlimited breakdowns
2. At least one preventative maintenance service visit per annum
3. Engineer on site usually within 48 working hours for breakdowns but guaranteed on site visit within 72 working hours
4. Free of charge access to technical and application support
5. Guaranteed call back within 3 working hours for breakdowns
