Abstract

Celtic Leisure is undertaking a competitive tender process. The aim of the procurement process is to appoint a contractor with the relevant industry experience for the conversion of an existing 2G Synthetic Turf Pitch to a 3G Rugby & Football Surface of synthetic turf including surrounds at Pontardawe Leisure Centre and the conversion of an existing 2G Synthetic Turf Pitch to a 3G Football Surface of synthetic turf including surrounds at Neath Sports Centre.
