We are inviting tenders for the award of a contract for the provision of facilitation services to support various stakeholder groups that Qualifications Wales will operate to help shape the reform of qualifications for 14–16-year-olds in Wales. The work to reform qualifications is organised under the ‘Qualified for the Future’ project. The role of the facilitators will be to enhance the experience of those collaborating with Qualifications Wales.

Total quantity or scope of tender

Qualifications Wales wishes to award a contract for the provision of facilitation services to support the Qualified for the Future project. These services will ensure the smooth running of workshops and enable an effective communication process between Qualifications Wales staff, stakeholders and subject experts. Facilitation will enhance the experience of those collaborating with us. We are looking for an organisation to provide at least six facilitators who we can work with, at least one of which must be a fluent Welsh speaker. The main facilitation services will be required between October 2021 and July 2022 and there may be up to 72 remote meetings/webinars to facilitate.

There may be a need for further ad hoc facilitation up to March 2023.

Meetings are expected to take place virtually via MS Teams and during school term time.
