Toilet Refurbishments 3 schools

Description of the goods or services required

The work will involve the refurbishment of school toilet blocks. Ysgol Betws Y Coed (Boys), Ysgol Hen Golwyn (Boys and Girls) and Ysgol Y Creuddyn (Boys). The current layout and finishes are outdated, not fit for purpose and aesthetically in need of attention. In summary the works will comprise of:

• Complete strip out of existing cubicles and sanitary ware

• Strip out of all vinyl flooring.

• Reconfiguration of internal layout to include demolition of partition walls and erection of new walls where required.

• Extract upgrade where required

• Laying of new vinyl flooring and screed including DPM

• Installation of whiterock to walls

• Installation of cubicles

• Installation of sanitary wear.

• Decoration to walls and ceiling
