Abstract

Within the theme of Developing our People is the delivery of a Financial Management Graduate Scheme. The design of the scheme is to attract ‘high flying’ graduates who have the potential to become NHS Wales Finance Directors and senior finance leaders and who through this scheme will learn practical financial and management skills and grow their leadership strengths. The professional qualification they will study for is therefore a critical and integral part of this learning and we expect them to gain the qualification in this in order to graduate from the scheme.
