The procurement will follow the Competitive Flexible Procedure (CFP) in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023.The procurement process will follow a two stage process:Stage 1: Conditions of Participation stage consisting of the Common Assessment Standard (CAS) question set along with supplementary project specific questions. Up to five (5) highest scoring compliant responses with be shortlisted for Stage 2. Stage 2: Tender Stage. The shortlisted companies from the Conditions of Participation Stage (Stage 1) will be invited to the submit their tenders.
