Abstract
To support the authority’s Building and Land Management Plan, South Wales Fire and Rescue Service are seeking quotations to undertake the refurbishment of Abercarn Fire and Rescue Station to support the Retained & Auxiliary firefighters in their training.
A JCT Minor Works contract will be put in place for the duration of the project, details of which are contained within clause A20 of the preliminaries. The successful Contractor must be able to start work at the site prior to the 31st March 2017.

Description of the goods or services required
To support the authority’s Building and Land Management Plan, South Wales Fire and Rescue Service are seeking quotations to undertake the refurbishment of Abercarn Fire and Rescue Station to support the Retained & Auxiliary firefighters in their training.
