Evaluation of CYP Homelessness Services

Description of the goods or services required

The Welsh Government wishes to commission a post-implementation evaluation of the homelessness services available to young people (aged 16 and 17 years old) leaving the secure estate.

The aim of the evaluation is to understand the early impacts of the legislation on those young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness as they approach their release. The evaluation will also look at the impact on those involved in supporting those young people, such as local authorities, youth offending teams (YOTs), criminal justice agencies, housing associations and third sector organisations.
