Abstract

After a significant restructure of two of our largest departments, there is a requirement for rapid progress in the development of leadership skills of our first line leaders. We are seeking to issue a Contract for Leadership Development, to drive forward the performance of the organisation and increase employee engagement of our first line leaders. Overview The aim of this brief is to select and appoint one or more leadership development provider to support NPT Homes in the development of their first line leaders. The successful company(s) will be expected to provide leadership development advice, expertise and delivery to the organisation over a 24 month period, which will encompass designing and delivering a multi layered programme of leadership development, including training, coaching, mentoring and measuring success. The Contract will be broken down into three lots and may be awarded to more than one Supplier; the Supplier(s) that are deemed to have submitted the most economically advantageous tender, based on the Award Criteria stated in item 12 for each Lot.
