Description of the goods or services required
The City and County of Swansea (the Employer) intends to undertake works to Gardens within the curtilage of dwellings including boundaries at 389 No properties in the Arennig area of Penlan, Swansea. (Scheme 2)
The Works include the repair/upgrading of boundary and party wall fencing, gates, clothes lines, paths and cutting of hedges/trees in accordance with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS).

Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives.
