Abstract
We are seeking the preparation of model conditions that can be used, as appropriate, by NRW’s Development Planning Advice Service when responding to Development Management consultations.
The new suite of model conditions will be reflective of NRW’s areas of engagement within the planning application system. However, it is not intended for the new suite of model conditions to extend to every possible development scenario. Instead it should serve as a best practice guide.

Description of the goods or services required
We are seeking the preparation of model conditions that can be used, as appropriate, by NRW’s Development Planning Advice Service when responding to Development Management consultations.
The new suite of model conditions will be reflective of NRW’s areas of engagement within the planning application system. However, it is not intended for the new suite of model conditions to extend to every possible development scenario. Instead it should serve as a best practice guide.
