Description of the goods or services required

1. The purpose of the scheme is to improve provide a series of measures to reduce traffic collisions at key locations on the A497 as well as improving pedestrian crossing facilities and introduce speed restriction measures within the village of Pentrefelin.

2. The scope of the works for this scheme will include the following:-

• Site clearance,

• Construction of a new footway and crossing point,

• Instillation of Road Markings,

• Installation of High Friction Surfacing,

• Erection of Road Traffic Signs
