Retail and catering fit out contracts - Welsh Highland Railway

Description of the goods or services required

Tenders are invited for two lots in connection with the fitting out of the new station being constructed for the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways at Caernarfon:

(1) manufacture and/or supply, fitting and commissioning of retail fit out items for the commissioning of a shop area in the new station building

(2) manufacture and/or supply, fitting and commissioning of kitchen/catering equipment and fittings for the commissioning of a kitchen to service a new cafe area in the new station building

The lots are separable and tenderers may submit tenders for one or two of the lots, but in the latter case, the tenders submitted should be separately priced and quality criteria completed for each of the lots. The purchaser reserves the right to award both lots to one contractor, lots to separate contractors whether or not they have tendered for both lots, and to make no contract award.
