Abstract

NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust and on behalf of Betsi Cadwaldwr University Health Board are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor for the sub division of the existing Physiotherapy area to form a decant ward including alterations and stripping out, converting external door opening to a window; new internal partitions, doors, internal finishes, decoration, new furniture and fittings, new sanitary ware and IPS; alterations to mechanical, electrical and drainage The tender will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender based on 70% cost and 30% technical as detailed in the ITT document.
