Abstract

Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking bids from organisations to undertake a Housing Market Assessment for Mid and West Wales. The study area will extend across the boundaries of 6 unitary authorities and 2 National Parks (as defined in the map illustrated within Appendix 1), namely: • Swansea Council • Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council • Pembrokeshire County Council • Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority • Ceredigion County Council • Powys County Council • Carmarthenshire County Council and • Brecon Beacons National Park Authority
