Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake the design and construction of 8 Nr dwellings together with site preparation works, external works and drainage works. The requirement will include off site drainage and highway works as well as the demolition of the existing hotel and removal of asbestos.

Assessment of the bids will be based upon the following criteria.
Cost (95% weighting);
Technical Score (5% weighting)
