Description of the goods or services required

Orchard House Properties (Swansea) Limited is seeking to procure a main contractor to undertake a complete internal and external refurbishment of the ground and first floors of a key building located in the City Centre to create modern retail space and office accommodation for SMEs.

Located within the Kingsway Business District the project forms a crucial part of the development to increase the attractiveness of the existing poor infrastructure and premises, alongside the creation/refurbishment of other buildings in and around The Kingsway.
