2.1 Hafod is seeking to appoint minimum of two and maximum of four suitably skilled and experienced service providers for the provision of external grounds maintenance to Hafod housing stock including General Needs, Care Homes & Supported Housing Projects. The requirement is split across 4 geographical Lots with potential bidders invited to bid on a maximum of 2 Lots, with this being the maximum number that will be awarded to any one service provider.
