Abstract
Milford Haven Port Authority (the Employer) wish to appoint a suitable Contractor to undertake landscape management works to remove habitat and potential hibernacula, in advance of further engineering works at Pembroke Dock. The site is approximately 4 acres located on the south boundary wall of the dockyard. The intention is to prepare the ground in advance of the 2021 nesting season to allow others unencumbered access to the site and ability to undertake engineering works under a separate contract.

Milford Haven Port Authority (the Employer) wish to appoint a suitable Contractor to undertake landscape management works to remove habitat and potential hibernacula, in advance of further engineering works at Pembroke Dock. 3 Conditions for Participation

Minimum standards and qualification required
The Contractor shall be suitably licensed to undertake the works described, including being certified to use required plant and equipment, licensed to use herbicides and licensed as a waste carrier for disposal of all materials arising from the land clearance. The Contractor shall also have Contractor’s All Risks Minimum £100,000.00 cover in place, Employer’s Liability
(if applicable) minimum £5 million cover in place and Public Liability minimum £5 million cover in place.

Tenderers are invited at their discretion, to attend site at 10:00 on Monday 21st December 2020, in accordance with the following details:
• Meeting time 10:00am
• Meeting point; parking area adjacent to the old Commodore Hotel, The Terrace, SA72 6YH ( 51, 41, 35.9 N 4, 57, 08.9 W ).
• Please provide names and email addresses of each attendee directly to Peter Randles by email no later than 18th January (prandles@chandlerkbs.com)
• Limit of 2 attendees per Tenderer.
• All parties are to observe Welsh Assembly Government Covid-19 Regulations.
