Description of the goods or services required

The Group intends to establish a Contract with suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the Provision of Maintenance and Repairs of

- Sprinkler systems;

- Wet and dry risers;

The Group operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for a property maintenance/call out service. The successful Tenderer shall be required to provide a 24 hour, 365 days a year response to deliver the requirements of this Contract.
