Abstract

We are looking for an organisation/s who will help us to undertake a community engagement exercise in the Denbigh area. The purpose of this will be to explore the health and social care needs of the population. We are actively encouraging the involvement of local people in decisions on innovative models of health, social care and support for older people and adults with disabilities, for the future. We will need both analytical and engagement skills from the successful bidder so are open to partnership bids.
