Abstract

This contract is for a customer satisfaction surveys to be carried out at 6 month intervals for a period of three years from December 2020 - November 2023 with Business Wales clients. This piece of work will consist of interviewing Business Wales clients that have accessed the service in the previous 6 month period to ascertain customer satisfaction of the service, each survey will consist of 300 interviews. Business Wales is the Welsh Government’s bilingual business support service and is the key delivery mechanism for supporting Micro Businesses and SMEs in Wales.
